Wait, why do we need lessons to walk? Is there a possibility that we have developed poor body posture as we walk? Is there a way to walk with less effort - even up hills? The Chi Walking technique borrows from many of the Chi Running forms, to help us to walk more efficiently. Wellness for life! Register with a friend(s). We will have a set of 2 sessions of about 90 minutes each. $50 each participant for the set. We will learn a new technique and explore different types of focusses for our walks.
