After the Victoria races on Thanksgiving weekend, here’s a workshop to learn the Chi Running technique. Saturday, Oct 25th at Portage Park in View Royal. This is an afternoon session, from 1:00 - 3:30 p.m. $125

Some people prefer a private lesson, or to bring a friend. We can arrange a session at a day/time/location that works for all. Cost is $135/person.

Wait, why do we need lessons to walk? Is there a possibility that we have developed poor body posture as we walk? Is there a way to walk with less effort - even up hills? The Chi Walking technique borrows from many of the Chi Running forms, to help us to walk more efficiently. Wellness for life! Register with a friend(s). We will have a set of 2 sessions of about 90 minutes each. $50 each participant for the set. We will learn a new technique and explore different types of focusses for our walks.
